Downtown Oklahoma City will be dressed to the nines in her sparkling winter attire for the third annual Downtown in December winter celebration presented by Downtown Oklahoma City, Inc. A flurry of yuletide activities including ice sculptures, street carolers and thousands of sparkling lights will transform Downtown into a holiday wonderland from Thanksgiving to the New Year.
