Pumpkin Festival
It’s time for Oak Hill Baptist Church’s Annual Pumpkin Fest, located on the corner of May Avenue and NW 178th Street. This year’s festivities will be held on Saturday, October 31 from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m. Kids will love the all the free candy treats, inflatable rides, carnival games and snacks. Peter Peter Pumpkin Eater
For seven years, kids throughout the Edmond community have spent fun-filled hours at Arcadia Lake’s Storybook Forest. A new scene has been created for the “Peter Peter Pumpkin Eater” display. This family-fun event starts October 23 and runs through October 31 from 5:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. and is held at Spring Creek Park at the lake. Fees are $5 per child Monday-Thursday; $7 per child Friday-Sunday. Kids can experience a hayride, game area and take a stroll down “trick or
treating” trail.
Halloween – Retro Style

Trick or Treat on The Street
Dress up the kids and head downtown for a family friendly evening full of lots of treats. Downtown Edmond merchants close up shop and pass out goodies to all good ghouls and goblins Halloween Eve from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m. This event has become a community favorite and you’ll be sure to run into your neighbors. Moonlight Maze
Folks hoping to savor all that fall offers should take the short drive to Arcadia and pay a visit to Parkhurst Pumpkin Patch. This family-friendly destination offers great fun for the young, as well as the young at heart. For $5 per person, visitors can enjoy a hayride, petting zoo, corn maze, hay maze, and more. You will also receive a pumpkin to take home. Looking for a challenge? Try the Moonlight Maze on Fridays and Saturdays from 8 p.m. – 10 p.m. Take 2nd Street (NE 178th) East to Henney Road.
