Chalk Art Festival
You’re invited to the first ever Chalk the Walk chalk art festival – a fun, family-oriented, community event in which artists of all ages and experience levels create and display sidewalk chalk art in a public venue, with proceeds to benefit Parents Assistance Center, an OKC-based, 501(c)3 non-profit.
Saturday, June 16, 2012 (Father’s Day Weekend), 10:00 AM — 3:00 PM in the south parking lot of Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World, Bricktown OKC (adjacent to the Oklahoma Centennial Land Run Monument and the Oklahoma River Walk)
Let’s raise community awareness of and funds for Parents Assistance Center and its mission of strengthening families to prevent child abuse, neglect and other family violence. There is not another organization in OKC that provides the same type and scope of preventative services as Parents Assistance Center and there is not another event like the chalk art festival in OKC!
