Jeff Kraft, part owner and manager of Line-X of Edmond revealed that his team has even been videotaped by the Discovery Channel showing how they apply the coating to the Dominator. Kraft grew up in Edmond and graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in business management. After moving away for a brief time, Kraft moved back to Edmond wanting to start his own business. “I grew up here, always lived in Edmond. It’s pretty neat that I get to open a shop in my hometown,” said Kraft.

Kraft’s brother-in-law, former OU football player Brent DeQuasie, has been running his own Line-X business in Shawnee since 2002. Kraft and DeQuasie became partners, setting up shop in Edmond in March 2011. “We decided Line-X was something we wanted to do,” Kraft explained. His Line-X shop is only one of two in the Oklahoma City metro-area.

Most know Line-X as the spray-on truck bed liner promoted on TV. But the truth is Line-X is a coatings company. They can use their products on just about anything including garage floors, patios, boats, bathrooms, kitchens and more. Recently, Kraft coated a rusty baptismal for a local church. After blasting the rust off and coating it, he says, “They’ll never have a problem with that again.”
