BUS: Traditions With A Twist

Hidalgo’s is exactly what you’d expect and exactly what you don’t. And that’s exactly how Juan Hidalgo envisioned it.

From the moment you walk into the door of this festive, welcoming restaurant, the flavors will delight, but also surprise, you. Customers are greeted with crispy homemade corn chips and garden-fresh salsa, but Hidalgo’s doesn’t stop there. You also get a cornucopia of complimentary tastiness from four other sauces – creamy cilantro sauce, tomatillo avocado dip, spicy hot salsa with guacamole, and rich queso. 


When you’re dining at Hidalgo’s, the appetizer merely sets the stage for the main attraction. The variety of choices for your meal ranges from traditional dishes, like enchiladas, burritos, and tacos, to unique combinations that bring a rare taste all their own, such as the Parrilla with Argentinian chorizo or the Peruvian ceviche made with Basa fish.


“I try to take inspiration from so many places,” says Juan. “My goal is   to WOW my customers with flavor and surprise them with the exceptional service that surpasses their expectations of what service should be.”

To serve even more, Hidalgo’s will soon be expanding their current location to include an additional private room, while also offering more take-home service and catering.


“I truly believe that every customer is important and I want to make them feel appreciated,” he says. “I want them to leave knowing that they had an amazing experience and delicious food.”
