BIKE TO WORK DAY
Celebrate your love for cycling on Bike to Work Day Friday, May 19th. Sponsored by the Association of Central Oklahoma Governments, the City of Edmond and local cycling group ECO Edmond, the national event will include cities across the country and will begin at 8:00 am in the East UCO parking lot. The route will loop around campus then through Downtown to the Festival Marketplace. Local dignitaries will present a proclamation, and refreshments will be provided.
CREEKSIDE VILLAGE
Enjoy conversation, refreshments and tours during the Spring Open House at Creekside Village Apartments. DOGGY DAY CARE
Camp Bow Wow, a locally owned & operated Doggy Day Care and Boarding facility will open in Edmond in mid-May. Located just north of 33rd and Kelly, Camp Bow Wow will feature interactive play and web cameras in a large 10,000 square foot facility. Overnight campers enjoy a campfire treat before being tucked into their comfy private cabin with a cot and fleece blanket to snooze the night away. All campers will receive lots of love and attention from Certified Camp Counselors, who are trained in dog behavior, dog first aid and Camp Bow Wow’s high safety standards.

EDMOND GOLF CHAMPIONSHIP
Coffee Creek Golf Club and Fairfax Golf Club, located at Kelly and Coffee Creek, will host the Edmond Open Championship on the weekend of June 3rd and 4th. Coffee Creek has just completed several improvements to the clubhouse, driving range, and golf course. The recently expanded facilities include a 2,400 square-foot teaching center, located on the driving range with indoor/outdoor hitting bays, classrooms, demo clubs, and the latest technology in video swing analysis equipment.
