Allstar Motors

The vehicle you drive can say a lot about who you are, especially in the corporate world.  If you drive a car as grand as a Mercedes-Benz, it’s important to make sure that it’s running the way it’s supposed to, and if something goes wrong, that you take it to a quality repair shop that you can trust.  It’s a matter of protecting your investment.

Since 1996, Allstar Motors has serviced countless Mercedes from an out-of-the way loop of Broadway Court, just off the intersection of Broadway Extension and 33rd Street.  With expansion necessary to meet demand and alleviate their overflowing parking lot, the experienced Allstar Motors team moved to a larger facility at 2606 S. Kelly Avenue between 15th and 33rd Street on December 10.

“We’re Edmond’s only exclusive Mercedes-Benz repair facility,” said Kirk Dressler, veteran service manager with 26 years Mercedes experience. “We offer complete automotive care, including all factory-scheduled maintenance, tires, wheels, window tint detailing, touchup, dent repair, front-end alignment and bumper repair.”

They do everything from front to back, engine to transmission, using state-of-the-art genuine Mercedes diagnostic equipment.  They offer 24-hour early bird and night owl service, which means customers can drop their cars off at any time, day or night.

Owners, Rodney and Patti Hester value quality professional service, and over the years, they’ve grown quite a sizeable customer base, including many celebrities, professional golfers and football players.  But the majority of the cars they work on are owned by everyday, hard-working people.

“We have the best customers we could ask for,” Patti said.

The new Allstar Motors facility increases their capacity two-fold.  All technicians are factory-trained, and they keep up with the latest technology and follow all factory guidelines.  They’ve recently updated their computer and phone systems and one of their next goals is to begin Mercedes sales, in addition to maintenance.

Even though they could branch out and service other types of vehicles as well, the plan has always been to remain exclusive to Mercedes so they can better serve their customers.  The technicians at Allstar Motors believe in the quality of the Mercedes automobile and the value of older models which might just need a little work to become great again.

“Rodney’s been working on Mercedes’ since he was eighteen and that’s all he’s done,” Patti said.  “This is the only car line we ever want to do.”

Allstar Motors is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and can be reached at (405) 340-4064 or by fax at (405) 340-4330.
