Almost every enrollment we get comes from our ad in the Edmond Outlook. I'd say probably 9 out of 10 comes from that ad. We don't do any other print advertising...just Edmond Outlook - that is it!

LibertyFest

Libertyfest events begin on June 25 starting with the LibetyFest Car show. You can enter your classic car or just stop by to check out all the others. Entered cars have the chance to win trophies and prizes. This event is open to the public and will be located at the University of Central Oklahoma.

Go fly a kite at LibertyFest Kite Fest June 25 and 26 starting at 9:30 a.m. This is a free event that includes night flying with special lighted kites. Bring the whole family to Mitch Park and enjoy.

Experience the cowboy life at the LibertyFest Rodeo which will also be held June 25-26. Bareback riding, calf roping, steer wrestling, team roping, saddle bronc riding, barrel racing and bull riding will be featured. The rodeo will be held at Round Up Club Rodeo Grounds.

Or go on a question quest with the LibertyFest Road Rally on June 26. Vehicles will tour Edmond with a map in search of answers to questions about Oklahoma. Get them all correct and prizes await participants. The rally starts at Boulevard and 1st Street.

Get a Taste of Edmond at the Festival Marketplace on June 26 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. This fundraiser for Libertyfest allows you to taste food from various restaurants around the community. Tickets are $10 per person and children 10 and under are free.

And then, give your ears a treat at the LibertyFest Concert in the Park at UCO. This outdoor concert will be held at Mitchell Hall on June 30 at 7:30 p.m.

Exercise your artistic side at Chalk It Up for LibertyFest on July 1 at 10 a.m. All ages may enter the chalk drawing contest to celebrate Parks and Recreation Month. There will also be food, games, entertainment, and more!

Be one of the thousands to see the Edmond LibertyFest Parade on July 4 starting at 9 a.m. This 1.5 mile route will be located in downtown Edmond and is free to the public.

Bring a blanket or lawn chair and enjoy the fantastic fireworks show at LibertyFest Park Fest from 5-10 p.m. July 4 at UCO. Fireworks start at 10 p.m.
